“Erica did an exceptional job keeping our attention from start to finish. She has a unique ability to explain how the brain becomes wired under chronic stress—especially for first responders—while making complex neuroscience easy to understand and immediately applicable. Her research-backed insights on stress, trauma, and resilience were powerful, and the mental health tools she shared were practical, grounding, and usable in real life. Our team walked away with a deeper understanding of how stress impacts the brain and, more importantly, how to regulate it, build resilience, and stay mentally strong in high-pressure environments.
